Pay a Parking Charge
Use this service to pay a Parking Charge Notice. If you want to challenge the PCN, use the appeal route instead. Under NextGen’s process, paying and appealing are alternative routes: if you pay before submitting an appeal, the charge is treated as paid and an appeal is not available.
If you have already submitted an appeal, the charge is on hold while it is considered. If you pay while that internal appeal is pending, the appeal ends. If you want to challenge the charge, use the appeal route rather than paying.
